Our minimum age requirement is 14 years old. 14-15 year old must be accompanied in class by a parent / legal guardian. All minors (under 18) must have a waiver signed by a parent prior to taking a class. The waiver needs to be signed in studio.

The studio does have a bathroom to change and freshen up however, no shower is available.
